I'm Amelie, a lovely French girl living in the UK, and founder of Bonjour Bakes.
After studying digital marketing and working in various corporate roles for a few years, I decided to do what I love most in the world: baking cakes.
Self-taught, I've always loved baking for my pleasure or to delight my loved ones. This passion goes back to my childhood, when I used to spend time with my grandmother, who was always making us crepes and cakes. That's why I'm such a sweet tooth!

A few years ago, I had to go gluten free as it was upsetting my gut. I know how frustrating it can be to find delicious gluten free treats that taste as good as classic cakes made with gluten. This is why I only bake with gluten free flour and use naturally free from gluten ingredients.

Bonjour Bakes, as its name suggests, is above all delicious, sweet and fun cakes with a French touch! My treats can be enjoyed by EVERYONE whether you're gluten free or not!

I’m a home-based baker located just north of Reading, offering made-to-order bakes for customers in Reading, Henley-on-Thames, Wallingford, Goring, Pangbourne and surrounding areas.
