​Choose your preferred option for order collections: you can either collect your order directly for free, or your order can be delivered within a 15-mile radius for extra cost.

We will contact you in the days leading up to your collection date to arrange a mutually convenient time. If you prefer to plan further in advance, please feel free to get in touch with us sooner.

Free pick up:

​As we are a home-based business, we do not have set opening hours. As such, collection is strictly by appointment only and will be scheduled around other customer collections as well as our own commitments.

​

Weekend collections are typically offered on Saturday mornings, unless alternative arrangements have been made when placing your order.

​

A 30-minute collection window will be arranged for you to pick up your cake. If you arrive early or late, we cannot guarantee that we will be available to hand over your order.

 

We kindly ask that you contact us if you are running ahead of or behind schedule.

Delivery (extra cost):

If you can't come to pick up your order, we can also deliver the order directly to yours.
